Job summary

Interliance Consulting (NV), Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager based in the Greater Atlanta area to own and manage projects from launch through completion. Travel to job sites up to 50% is required, with emphasis on coordinating design, sales, and field teams to meet client expectations.

You will review proposals, manage materials, and communicate critical dates while maintaining strong builder relationships and service levels across active projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in lieu of the degree.
• 3-5 years of successful project management experience.
• Stone industry experience is a big plus.
• Ability to read and/or create take-offs and construction drawings.
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of project management software is desired.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design & Sales Consultants and Sales Coordinators on project launches.
• Review proposals for accuracy before presenting to the client.
• Communicate changes to materials or change orders.
• Maintain client communication on key dates during the job cycle.
• Track job materials and vendor coordination for site readiness.
• Coordinate with contractors to keep templates/install timelines on track.
• Keep records of correspondence, change orders, and daily logs.
• Follow billing procedures and notify relevant departments when complete.
• Update leadership on progress and any issues.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress and installations.
• Attend meetings with general contractors/clients as required.
