Qualifications

• 10+ years of ground-up construction experience.
• Strong track record delivering multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost controls.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and construction teams.
• Podium, wrap, structured parking, or mixed-use experience is highly desirable.
• Affordable housing / LIHTC experience is a plus.
• Experience with platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, P6, or similar construction technology.

Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Atlanta, GA

We’re working with a privately held, fully integrated multifamily development and construction company looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to its Atlanta team.

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing ground-up multifamily developments from preconstruction through completion and stabilization. Unlike a traditional GC role, you’ll work closely with ownership and have significant input into project strategy, construction execution, and how the platform continues to grow.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
