Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects on-site in Atlanta, GA. You will own the project’s performance, budgets, schedule, contracts, and risk management, while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.

Reporting to Construction leadership, you will manage procurement, change orders, submittals, and closeout activities, collaborating with Development, Architects, and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience managing full lifecycle construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction project management software, especially Procore.
• Ability to lead project teams and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring schedule, cost, quality and performance.
• Manage primary construction contracts, scope, changes, and buyout.
• Oversee buyout strategy, subcontractor qualification, and procurement.
• Coordinate with Development, Architects, and field leadership to ensure project success.
• Direct project meetings (OAC, coordination, safety) and ensure timely documentation in Procore.
• Maintain P&L responsibility and report variances to leadership.
