Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Imaging Field Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain MR, CT, X-Ray, and advanced diagnostic systems at customer sites across the Northeast Zone. This field-based role involves extensive travel, a company vehicle, and training operators to ensure optimal system performance.

Experience with medical imaging equipment, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree; associates preferred.
• Experience servicing medical imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Proficient with service test equipment and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on imaging systems.
• Provide timely and effective repairs and operator training.
• Manage territory financials including revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain company assets (vehicle, phone, computer, tools).
• Build strong relationships with customers and peers; perform admin duties.
