Responsibilities

• Maintain Active Directory and Group Policy concepts in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft applications and Windows clients.
• Assist with printers and IT peripherals.
• Provide front-line technical support and issue resolution.
• Support WebEx and teleconferencing setup.
