Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Sr. Engineer to provide on-site IT hardware and software support in King of Prussia, PA. The role focuses on end-user support, imaging, data migrations, and refresh projects, with collaboration across technical and managerial staff.

The position emphasizes customer service, field deployment, and the potential to work with various teams within Acara Solutions' global workforce solutions group. This is a temporary assignment with a 12+ month horizon.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience doing data migrations, imaging, refreshes.
Experience in basic technical hardware repair and operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, Apple).
Ability to setup and configure PCs and local network access.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
Install and configure network devices and troubleshoot network printing/scanning devices.
Assist in data termination/activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect.
Assist in the relocation of customer employees on the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in new location).
Troubleshoot LAN issues with PCs and provide excellent customer service.
Set up and configure PCs; may drive company vehicles with an MVR.
