Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Sr. Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA for a temporary IT infrastructure role. You will provide desktop support across Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple, handle network and server touch labor, and troubleshoot in person.

Responsibilities include PC setup, imaging, LAN connectivity, software testing, and delivering strong customer service using MS Office/Outlook. Requirements: HS diploma, 3+ years ICMS, hardware repair, asset tracking, and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus) and network experience.
• 3+ years hardware repair and IT break/fix experience.
• 3+ years physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support across Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple environments.
• Set up and configure PCs and image loading.
• Maintain LAN/network connectivity and assist with troubleshooting.
• Evaluate software for functionality and ensure it meets specifications.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service with MS Office/Outlook usage.
