Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or closely related field with four years of IT experience.
• OR an Associate's degree with six years of IT experience including four years in maintaining client computing or communications infrastructure.
• Relevant education/experience may be substituted per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of equipment deployments, configurations, and issues.
• Plan and coordinate installation and relocation of hardware and software across departments.
• Lead and participate in ITD ticket support, troubleshooting problems and expanding capabilities.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management on fiber/copper builds and budget planning.
• Forecast computing/communications growth and support capacity management.
• Assist with license compliance and asset disposal activities.
• Support standardization via Microsoft Teams and assist in strategic IT implementations.
