Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support with ability to perform break/fix and imaging tasks.
• Knowledge of PC imaging processes and asset handling.
• Familiarity with change and incident management practices.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workstation Software Break Fix support and IMAC tasks.
• Image loads and asset tagging for depot and client sites.
• Support Printer and Client Center services and ITSM updates.
• Coordinate depot operations: stock, imaging, tagging, packing, and shipment.
• Update asset tracking and ticket status in the ITSM system.
