Job summary
Technology Resource Group, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Technician to deliver advanced technical support across hardware, software, systems, and networks in the Phoenix area. Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field required or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of IT support, help desk, or technical assistance experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting for Windows and macOS environments.
- Proven track record resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of devices.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Ability to document support logs, SOPs, and inventory records.
- Strong collaboration with IT engineers, admins, and business teams.
- Excellent customer service and end-user support skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, and networks.
- Lead troubleshooting for escalated incidents with senior expertise.
- Configure and maintain desktop, laptop, and mobile devices; manage lifecycle.
- Assist with system maintenance, patching, imaging, and OS updates.
