Job summary

EMCOR Government Services seeks a Lead Engineer to provide critical operations and maintenance support for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, a DC 3rd Class Steam Engineer License, and experience supervising local engineers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a watch supervisor.
• Able to perform preventive maintenance on operational and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledgeable of related electrical equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Direct work for other trades or subcontractors and supervise local engineers.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems.
