Qualifications

• Must have 7–10 years of proven Chief Engineer experience in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct a staff of 20–25 in maintenance and operations of a Class A office complex.
• Manage scheduling, training, evaluations, and hiring processes for the team.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems using blueprints and equipment specs.
• Oversee subcontractors for preventive maintenance and major repairs (Fire Alarm, Generators, BAS, Elevators, etc.).
