Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now part of PMA, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to support Data Center projects in West Texas. This on-site role focuses on leading field teams, ensuring schedule adherence, safety, and quality across mass grading, core & shell, and high-volume fit-out for mission-critical infrastructure.

We’re looking for 10+ years of construction management experience, with strong MEP coordination and a track record of managing complex facilities.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of construction management experience, with GC/CM or engineering exposure.
• Experience in complex facilities including data centers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, safety programs, and QA/QC practices.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability on-site.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the on-site primary representative for the Owner's team.
• Drive field productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and safety.
• Lead mass grading, core & shell, and high-volume fit-out for data centers.
• Monitor progress against the P6 schedule and provide daily field updates.
• Coordinate with GC and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
• Prepare weekly-lookahead plans and recovery strategies.
• Ensure testing and commissioning readiness with CX and ORPM.
• Maintain daily and weekly progress reports.
