Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now part of PMA, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of data center projects in West Texas. You will manage field teams, coordinate with the Owner’s team, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role requires 10+ years of construction management, on-site leadership, and a track record with large-scale facilities. OSHA-10 or higher is preferred, and you will report to the ORPM and owners team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience with large-scale facilities ($100M+), data centers preferred.
• OSHA-10 minimum, OSHA-30 or higher preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage field operations.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary on-site leader for the Owner and drive accountability.
• Track field productivity and provide objective progress measures.
• Conduct daily site walks to resolve conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Monitor progress against the GC's schedule and ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports to the ORPM and owners team.
• Coordinate with third-party testing/commissioning as needed.
