Black Box is seeking an experienced Data Center Senior Construction Manager to lead onsite construction for critical, high-availability environments in Abilene, TX. You will own safety, scheduling, and field supervision, ensuring flawless low‑voltage and fiber installations while coordinating with project teams.

This role requires 8–10 years of supervisory data center experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record managing large field crews, including union labor where applicable.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8–10 years of supervisory experience on large-scale data center projects.
• Experience managing 100+ field technicians, union or nonunion.
• Data center new build or retrofit experience preferred.
• Experience with OSHA, safety compliance and labor regulations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety and enforce Accident-Free Everyday culture.
• Oversee data center construction operations, schedules, and material logistics.
• Coordinate with PM and Procurement to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor large field teams and act as onsite client liaison.
• Support testing, commissioning, and RFIs.
