Decima International seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead civil, structural, and architectural efforts for large data center programs. The role is on-site in Texas (South Padre Island or Amarillo) and requires managing complex, multi-region projects with a focus on safety, schedule, and quality.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of construction management experience in mission-critical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of CSA disciplines and building systems.
• Experience with hyperscale data center development and construction.
• Experience in client-facing roles and reporting to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-region data center projects from start to close-out.
• Establish CPM schedules and perform resource analyses.
• Prepare RFPs and support contractor selection and awards.
• Mentor staff and manage client relationships.
• Develop strategy, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Review progress, pay apps, and invoices; manage risks and opportunities.
