Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities in Raleigh, NC. Under the Director of Operations, you will coordinate trades, ensure safety, schedule, quality, and on-time completion from start to finish.

You will manage subcontractors, materials, and field crews, report progress regularly, and enforce project documents and codes while maintaining professional conduct. OSHA 10-hour and construction knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction education preferred.
• 3–5+ years of multi-family construction management experience.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, building codes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA 10 hour or safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize field operations, sequencing and material staging.
• Oversee on-site construction from start to finish and meet schedule.
• Lead safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials within budget.
• Prepare project updates and progress reports regularly.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Director of Operations.
