Job summary

ECBuild is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will oversee all phases of a construction project, lead the on-site team, and ensure the project timeline and safety regulations are met.

You will liaise with inspectors and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain quality, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating trades, preparing reports, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years combined experience as Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 Hour Certified.
• Familiarity with GMPs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel; Bluebeam; Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develops schedules and cost-effective plans for project completion.
• Coordinates and schedules work activities of tradespeople and laborers.
• Prepares construction schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Inspects work for quality and timeliness; provides progress reports.
• Leads coordination with architects, engineers and inspectors to meet owner expectations.
• Ensures permits, documents and code requirements are followed.
