Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to provide overall administrative and technical management of large construction projects in Raleigh, NC. The role leads on-site activities, directs self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing site safety plans, coordinating schedule, cost, and quality with stakeholders, and mentoring field staff.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Superintendent role.
• Understands building plans and specifications.
• OSHA 30 required.
• OSHA 30 Hour training.
• Supervisors License or equivalent (local code) preferred.
• Working knowledge of CPM schedule.
• Working knowledge of cost reports and labor production reports.
• Knowledge of corporate safety and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
• Verify subcontractor contracts and insurance certificates prior to site work.
• Serve as OSHA competent person or assign others.
• Preplan operations to create efficient, hazard-free methods.
• Supervise construction to meet plans and specs.
• Interpret contract drawings and submittals; explain to team.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for self-perform work.
• Lead weekly foreman meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Interface professionally with clients, A-E reps, and officials.
• Support business development and client relations.
