Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager II to oversee the quality control program on large, multi-phase projects, including heavy civil, industrial, or federal work under USACE or NAVFAC standards. You will directly supervise field inspectors and testers, write the QC plan, and present data in owner QA/QC meetings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction quality control or special inspection.
• 2+ years supervising inspectors.
• Experience on USACE, NAVFAC, DOT, or industrial owner programs.
• Strong written communication and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain the project quality control plan.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up phase meetings.
• Supervise QC inspectors and testing technicians.
• Assign daily coverage and review reports.
• Run nonconformance and corrective-action process.
• Coordinate laboratory testing and material certifications.
