Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to join our field operations across the Southeast, with projects in Florida and other sites. This on-site role focuses on developing and executing project QC plans, ensuring standards, and maintaining thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, 2+ years as QC Manager, and holds USACE CQM certification; RMS/QCS knowledge is preferred. Relocation to field sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent work experience.
• Total 10+ years in the commercial construction industry in roles such as Superintendent/PM/Project Engineer.
• At least 2 years of direct Quality Control Manager experience.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors certification is required; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred.
• Specialty inspections/LEED credentials are a plus (EM 385-1-1, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30).

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute a project-specific quality control plan.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality standards and documentation.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure project satisfaction.
