Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant construction management experience with fire alarm or smoke control installations.
• US Citizenship is required; California state project experience or equivalent is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and administration of the assigned construction project and establish project-specific objectives.
• Provide technical direction to subordinate managers and enforce policies.
• Maintain close communication with the client, contractors, consultants, and project team.
• Lead project meetings, site visits, and bidding/support activities during the Bid and Award Phase.
• Oversee the Construction Phase, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contractor payments.
• Maintain records and logs of all construction documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate testing, inspection activities, start-up, commissioning, completion, and closeout.
• Manage project financial performance with significant profit and loss responsibility.
