AECOM Tishman is seeking a Construction Management leader to provide overall project administration, set objectives, and guide teams through design, budget and schedule. You will supervise managers, enforce policies, and ensure project success with strong client engagement.

The role carries substantial profit/loss responsibility, spanning RFP through project closeout. Collaboration with engineers and subcontractors is essential to delivering complex developments.

Formación

• BA/BS in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management + 6 years of construction exp or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provides overall management administration to the project and establishes project objectives and policies.
• Delivers technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces policies, maintains client interface, ensures project alignment with design, budget and schedule.
• Owns significant profit/loss responsibility for the project.
• Manages all phases of the project life cycle: RFP, pre-con logistics, bidding, negotiation, closeout.
• Fosters collaboration among stakeholders and builds client/engineer/subcontractor relationships.
