Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager V based in Utah to lead multiple construction projects, including data center initiatives. You will manage pre-construction, design, scheduling, closeout, occupancy, and warranty enforcement across complex programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and the general contractor; monitoring progress, reviewing RFIs and submittals, administering pay applications, and ensuring work complies with design, budget, schedule and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management or related field is required.
• Fifteen years in construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities for assigned projects including pre-construction, design, scheduling, closeout, occupancy and warranty enforcement.
• Coordinates construction activities with the client and client vendors, as well as other stakeholders as needed.
• Understands and has working knowledge of scheduling and critical milestone activities, and basic construction means and methods.
• Plans and organizes reports, reviews documentation from multiple project teams working on projects assigned.
• May provide technical direction and guidance to others and ensure all facets of the project meet design, budget, schedule and quality.
• Coordinate with the general contractor and ensure scheduling of tests and inspections and delivery of reports to Owner and Architect.

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management or related field
