Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead complex programs from Los Angeles, CA. The role spans program management across infrastructure, transportation, energy, water, and urban development, with accountability for scope, schedule, cost and safety.

You will supervise project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, ensure compliance with design, budget and schedule, and drive delivery from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field; 8+ years of experience.
• 10+ years managing capital programs and projects.
• Experience with healthcare, government, or education facilities design.
• Experience with alternative delivery projects (Progressive Design Build).
• California public contracting, labor agreements, DIR, DSA, HCAI experience.
• Certifications: CCM, PMP, LEED.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project administration and establish objectives.
• Lead subordinate managers; liaison with client and stakeholders.
• Ensure project aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Administer budget, procurement, and contract closeout with P&L responsibility.
• Coordinate with design team and users from design through construction.
• Monitor project metrics and provide progress reporting.
