Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, university or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related work experience preferred; supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs project staff to ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
• Coordinates and communicates with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.
• Manages and coordinates project schedules, budgets, cost control and change orders.
• Prepares, manages and negotiates change orders with subcontractors and owners.
• Leads project meetings and maintains project documentation and records.
