Job summary

Cerris is seeking a diligent project manager to provide overall management for construction projects and assist senior management on complex initiatives. You will oversee field staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, budgets, costs, safety, and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and inspectors.

Responsibilities include pre-construction reviews, scheduling, cost control, and timely project reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate review and contract documents.
• Develop purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contract requirements and quality standards.
• Direct and supervise procurement of major equipment and materials.
• Establish and coordinate overall project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain and update project reports and client communications.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
