The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of supervisory construction experience, with strong skills in reading construction documents, cost control, and coordination with owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related work experience preferred with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to engage and drive projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Directs project staff to ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
• Coordinates and communicates with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.
• Manages project management documentation including schedules, cost data, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Negotiates procurement and draft of subcontract and purchase orders.
• Manages subcontractor activities with Superintendent to meet contract expectations.
• Prepares and negotiates change orders; oversees project meetings.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance; supports growth and client satisfaction.
• Maintains client relationships and aids in development of new business.
