Job summary

Cerris Systems is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects across our Nevada operation. You will manage a team, contract documents, subcontractor performance, budgets and safety compliance, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years in construction project management, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related construction project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate review and contract documents.
• Develop purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules.
• Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.
• Maintain client relationships and assist in development of new business.
• Ensure projects meet contract documents, schedule and safety standards.
• Direct subcontractor performance and vendor compliance.
• Manage budgets, costs and profitability for assigned projects.
