Cerris Systems is seeking an experienced Project Management leader to oversee and optimize operations across multiple construction projects. You will guide subordinate supervisors, shape annual plans, and ensure project performance aligns with quality and safety standards on-site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
10+ years of related construction/operations management experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and budgeting abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual department plans and budgets.
Direct subcontractors, suppliers, architects, clients, and project managers to ensure cohesive operations.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on site.
Lead negotiations and change orders within policy limits.
Control finances, review projections, and maximize project profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality programs.
