Cerris is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall management for construction projects on-site in Missouri. The role requires coordinating field staff, contracts, budgets, safety, and client communications to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of PM experience in construction, with strong organizational and leadership abilities to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/university.
• 3+ years of related construction project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate review and contract documents.
• Develop purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules.
• Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.
• Manage budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and assist in development of new business.
• Lead and coach project teams to achieve milestones.
• Ensure safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
