Qualifications

• 15–25 years of relevant professional experience in architecture or construction.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and contract administration.
• Experience with Owner/Contractor agreements and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction contract administration for multiple projects.
• Perform regular site visits to observe progress and quality.
• Work with contractors and owners to resolve questions.
• Review architectural drawings and contract requirements.
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and project closeout activities.
