Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects and control budgets.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship per plans and specs.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate project risks.
