The successful candidate will have 15–25 years of experience and a strong understanding of construction documentation with competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction documents and contract administration.
• Comfortable in active construction environments.
• Ability to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction contract administration on multiple projects.
• Perform regular site visits to observe construction progress.
• Work directly with project teams to resolve field-related issues.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Apply knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
