Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Construction Contract Administrator in Charlotte, NC. The role involves active site work, coordinating with contractors, owners, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects meet design intent and contract documents.

You will regularly visit active sites, interpret drawings and specs, and manage RFIs, submittals, changes, and closeouts while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with ability to work with contractors, owners, consultants and design professionals.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Experience with construction contract administration and coordination on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction contract administration throughout the construction phase of multiple projects.
• Perform regular site visits and observe progress, quality, and conformance with contract documents.
• Resolve field‑related questions with project teams and contractors in real time.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, pay apps, punch lists, and closeout activities.
• Identify issues and coordinate with team to develop solutions.
• Apply building codes and industry standards in field activities.
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
• Represent the firm professionally in the field and protect design integrity.
• Travel to active project sites across NC and SC as required.
