Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, shopper marketing, or media agency environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading integrated omnichannel strategies across retailers.
• SME-level expertise in omnichannel strategy and digital shelf knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the omnichannel strategy framework across seven brands translating priorities into retailer-specific growth plans.
• Lead omnichannel activation briefings and provide clear direction for media, shopper, and activation partners.
• Identify opportunities, gaps and risks across customers and channels to optimize investment and growth.
• Lead the strategic allocation of $80MM+ in annual omnichannel investment and budget tracking.
• Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams and agency partners; influence senior leadership.
