Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family, is hiring a Customer Business Manager. This fully remote role favors candidates located in California and centers on developing and executing customer-specific strategies to maximize growth and profitability across assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales Planning, RGM, and cross-functional teams to lead end-to-end sales planning, promotional execution, and new item launches, while analyzing Circana/IRI data to uncover insights and optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales and sales management experience within the CPG/food industry.
• Experience in direct sales as well as broker and distributor network management.
• Direct sales experience with key regional accounts strongly preferred.
• Background in Category Management, Omnichannel Marketing, or syndicated data usage (Circana/IRI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships to manage and grow assigned accounts.
• Achieve targeted sales budgets, top-line revenue, and bottom-line profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead end-to-end sales planning and launches.
• Partner with RGM to optimize trade spend and ROI on promotional investments.
• Analyze market data to identify consumer insights and drive distribution gains.
