Lactalis American Group, a leading dairy company, is hiring a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy & Planning for a fully remote US role. You will translate brand priorities into integrated omnichannel strategies across seven Lactalis Yogurt brands and multiple retail customers.

You will own more than $80MM in annual omnichannel investment, set priorities, and align cross‑functional teams with agency partners to drive portfolio growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in brand, shopper marketing, or media agency settings.
• Experience leading omnichannel strategies across multiple retailers.
• Expertise in shopper marketing, retail media, and media brief development.
• Strong knowledge of digital commerce and consumer path to purchase.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and lead agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead omnichannel strategy across seven Lactalis US Yogurt brands.
• Lead omnichannel activation briefs for media, shopper and partners.
• Identify opportunities, gaps and risks to optimize investment and growth.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Category Leadership, Sales and Omni Activation teams.
• Lead annual retail media planning and briefs across the Yogurt portfolio.
