Job summary

Flamingo, part of Mammoth Brands, is seeking a Retail Analytics Sr. Manager, Walmart to own analytics and insights for one of our largest retail partners. You will lead end-to-end reporting, analyses, and data partnerships, bridging store performance with Walmart's digital channels.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in analytical roles, experience with CPG/retail, and strong storytelling. You will mentor analysts, influence strategy, and help scale Scintilla data capabilities across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 7+ years in an analytical role.
• Experience in CPG and/or Retail is a plus.
• Excellent communicator and data storyteller.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary customer/internal analytics support for Walmart across personal care, category, market, shopper, and digital performance.
• Develop and own the Walmart analytics roadmap and ad hoc reporting.
• Bridge retail and digital into one omnichannel read with POS, Circana, and Walmart data.
• Serve as Scintilla data capability expert and manage vendor relationships.
• Mentor analysts and foster cross-functional collaboration; drive data-driven storytelling.
