Axtria is seeking a Director to lead our Commercial Excellence practice, guiding cross-functional teams to devise innovative commercial strategies. You’ll translate client objectives into AI-, data-, and analytics-driven solutions and drive projects from scope to delivery.

You will be deeply involved in incentive compensation strategy, field force design, and go-to-market initiatives, mentoring talent and shaping senior client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier strategy or operations consultancy; highly valued.
• Ability to read client organizations quickly and shape a point of view.
• Strong problem-solving track record in commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional client teams to design and implement solutions.
• Own projects across the commercial operations landscape, incl. incentive compensation, GTM, and field design.
• Develop executive presentations and client-ready content.
