Fingerpaint Marketing, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a senior engagement/digital strategist who blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, spanning customer journeys, IQVIA data, and omnichannel CRM initiatives.

You will partner with account, brand, scientific strategy, media, and creative teams to optimize digital experiences, employing SEO, analytics, and CRM tools to drive data-driven campaigns for HCP and DTC projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience in pharma preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Marketo.
• Ability to manage HCP lists and integrate IQVIA data.
• Strong SEO/SEM knowledge with Google Analytics usage.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent presentation and collaboration skills; client-facing comfort.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (Miro, Ziflow).

Responsabilités

• Partner with account, brand, and strategy teams to integrate digital, omnichannel and CRM plans.
• Leverage IQVIA data and Analytics tools to inform channel strategy.
• Manage and segment HCP lists for targeted campaigns.
• Map customer journeys across channels to identify gaps and content needs.
• Support omnichannel planning with personas and micro-journeys.
• Lead client workshops and strategic presentations.
• Conduct competitive website audits and apply SEO/SEM best practices.
