Signet Jewelers Limited in Irving, Texas is seeking a Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to lead media strategy, planning, and execution across Kay and Peoples brands, translating brand goals into full-funnel programs that drive awareness, engagement, demand, and omnichannel sales growth.

This role requires 7+ years of media experience across digital video, display, paid social, paid search, and TV, plus strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence stakeholders to deliver business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of media experience across digital video, display, paid social, paid search, linear TV, and emerging media.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and brand goals into integrated paid media plans for Kay and Peoples.
• Lead campaign planning and execution for launches, tentpoles, and evergreen programs.
• Evaluate content programs and partnerships to strengthen omnichannel journey.
• Manage media budget, pacing, and optimization across channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, Merchandising, Store Operations and agencies.
• Analyze performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations for future campaigns.
• Maintain expertise in digital media landscape and industry best practices.
