Jewelry Television (JTV) seeks a senior digital media strategist to own end-to-end digital media strategy across JTV's brands, reporting to the CMO and collaborating with the CDO, CFO, and CAO.

You will lead a small in-house team, manage agencies, and drive attribution frameworks across MMM and MTA to optimize budgets and maximize CAC/LTV.

This role blends media strategy, data science, and creative execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5–10+ years in digital media strategy with budget responsibility.
• Proficiency reading MMM outputs and MTA path analyses; strong attribution discipline.

• Serve as the digital media quarterback for multiple brands and lead cross-channel strategy.
• Develop brand-specific digital strategies to meet customer and revenue goals.
• Lead omnichannel campaigns, guide creative themes, and track performance.
• Translate MMM/MTA insights into budget allocation decisions with leadership alignment.
• Build and lead a high-performing in-house digital marketing team.
