Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest diamond jewelry retailer, is seeking a Manager, CRM Operations and Enablement in Irving, TX. This role leads CRM strategy and governance across brands, partnering with IT, MarTech, and vendor teams to drive email and SMS programs.

The ideal candidate will harmonize marketing strategy, technology, data, and customer experience while delivering scalable CRM initiatives and channel best practices across Signet brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, marketing operations, and digital marketing strategy at scale.
• Cross-functional collaboration to elevate CRM strategy, operations, and execution.
• Experience with email and SMS channels, deliverability, and testing.
• Understanding of CRM operating models, governance, QA processes, and campaign workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy, governance, and operational framework across Signet brands.
• Provide guidance on segmentation, personalization, journey development, testing, and channel effectiveness.
• Coordinate with IT, MarTech, CRM brand teams, and external vendors.
• Own briefs, timelines, and email builds; ensure accurate execution and quality.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to guide strategic direction.
