Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in eCommerce, Retail Media or Shopper Marketing is expected.
• Strong partnerships with regional grocers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Omni Shopper Marketing & ecommerce team supporting Regional Grocers coast to coast.
• Strengthen customer relationships through strategic alignment on growth plans.
• Develop the strategic plan, activation, allocation, and optimization of Omni Channel strategy and investments across Regional Accounts.
• Oversee eCommerce content strategy and execution, including digital shelf optimization and syndication across Regional Accounts.
• Deliver eCommerce & Omni Shopper marketing KPI's while expanding capabilities & activations across Regional Accounts.
• Own Retail Media strategy and execution at Regional Accounts.
• Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships with departments that influence the sales organization's success, including Field Sales, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Category Leadership, RGM, and others.
• Recruit and develop to support succession planning and the long‑term health of the sales organization
