Johnsonville in Sheboygan Falls, WI, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Omni Shopper Marketing/eCommerce - Regional Accounts. You will lead a high‑performing team and shape omnichannel shopper marketing, retail media, and digital commerce strategies across regional grocery partners.

You will build strong customer partnerships, drive growth with brokers, and align cross‑functional teams to deliver winning experiences for shoppers, customers, and Johnsonville. 10–20% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce Sales, Retail Media, and/or Shopper Marketing required.
• Consumer packaged goods sales experience in the retail grocery industry preferred.
• Experience working with regional grocers.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a best-in-class Omni Shopper Marketing & ecommerce team supporting Regional Grocers coast to coast.
• Strengthen customer relationships through strategic alignment on growth plans.
• Develop the strategic plan and optimization of Omni Channel strategy across Regional Accounts.
• Oversee eCommerce content strategy and execution, including digital shelf optimization.
• Deliver eCommerce & Omni Shopper marketing KPIs and expand capabilities.
