Johnsonville seeks an Assoc. Director to lead Omni Shopper Marketing & ecommerce across national accounts, shaping omnichannel growth strategies and retail media investments.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category Leadership to drive performance and develop a high-performing team. Responsibilities include strategy development, content optimization for eCommerce, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Target and Ahold Delhaize.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce Sales or Shopper Marketing.
• CPG sales experience in the retail grocery sector preferred.
• Experience with national mass retailers (Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.).
