Job summary

Johnsonville in Sheboygan Falls, WI is seeking an Assoc. Director to lead Omni Shopper Marketing & eCommerce for National Accounts, shaping omnichannel growth and retail media investments.

You will build a high-performing team, partnering with Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Field Sales to drive capabilities and mutual growth with Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Target and others.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce Sales, Retail Media, or Shopper Marketing
• CPG sales experience in retail grocery preferred
• Experience with national mass retailers (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Omni Shopper Marketing & ecommerce team for national accounts
• Strengthen customer relationships through strategic alignment on growth plans
• Develop strategic plan, activation, allocation, and optimization of Omni Channel strategy
• Oversee eCommerce content strategy and digital shelf optimization across national accounts
• Deliver ecommerce & Omni Shopper marketing KPIs and expand capabilities across accounts
• Own Retail Media strategy and execution at National Accounts
• Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
• Coach and empower team to innovate and drive growth
• Recruit and develop talents for long-term health of sales organization
