Job summary

ASRC Federal is hiring a Senior Okta Architect/Engineer to lead enterprise IAM initiatives for the DCSA program. The role covers architecture, strategic planning, and implementation of Okta SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, Workflows, and API Access Management within a large hybrid environment.

The position is telework with onsite requirement up to two days per week at Quantico, VA, and requires a Secret clearance with potential upgrade.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM with 5+ years building Okta in large enterprises.
• Active Secret clearance, eligible for TS/SCI upgrade.
• 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification.
• Okta certifications (Professional/Administrator/Consultant) desired.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise Okta IAM solutions on a large hybrid platform.
• Develop and maintain the Okta roadmap and security posture.
• Lead architectural reviews and guidance on IAM initiatives.
• Implement advanced MFA, adaptive controls and Workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
