Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks an Intermediate Okta Engineer to support the DCSA program based out of Quantico, VA. The role focuses on administering the Okta Identity Cloud, configuring SSO, MFA, LCM, and directory integrations to ensure secure access for a hybrid workforce.

You will implement policies, automate provisioning, and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align with Zero Trust and SIEM integrations, while onsite two days weekly and telework as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud in an enterprise or federal environment.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance REQUIRED, eligible to TS/SCI upgrade
• IAT Level II certification or higher (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SCCP)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience
• Okta certifications desirable: Okta Certified Professional/Administrator/Consultant/Developer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Okta Identity Cloud including Universal Directory, SSO, and MFA.
• Develop and enforce granular sign-on policies and adaptive MFA.
• Design and troubleshoot automated provisioning and lifecycle workflows.
• Configure integrations with AD/LDAP and cloud directories (AWS, Azure).
• Onboard SaaS/web/legacy apps using SAML, OIDC, WS-Fed, SCIM.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to integrate Okta logs with SIEM (Splunk) and support Zero Trust.
• Create runbooks and mentor junior staff.
